EXTRUSION:
The Venom frame is made by a single voided extrusion. It´s a simple but classic style extrusion. The structure in the sidewalls makes the frame much stiffer than it appears on the first view.

MATERIAL:
Aluminium alloys are alloys in which aluminium (Al) is the predominant metal. The typical alloying elements are copper, magnesium, manganese, silicon and zinc.The 6061 aircraft aluminium we use for the Vision frame contains more magnesium and silizium which gives the material more elasticity which is easy to work with. It has less tensile strength than 7000 series aluminium; important for the strength and rigidity of the frames. The frame is also T6 heat treated.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The Vision frame has been constructed with the focus on stiffness, although it’s a simple single voided extrusion. It’s a nice entry level frame with quality lazer prints.
The Vision frame collection covers various sizes and wheel setups, but also different mounting standards. Some of the frames are made for 195mm mounting standards and some for the 165mm standard. It comes with M7 standard single axles with torx head featuring first class lazer prints. The torx head has the advantage that the axles do not go round too easy compared with regular hex axles.
All frames of the Powerslide collection have some CNC cuts around the front and rear mounting block to fit our Pitch & Stride Control.
The combination of the across slot in the frame and the along slot in our boots is called the X-Slot Mounting. This system enables the skater to adjust the boot-frame setup without any dead spots according to his skating style and preferences.
